Looking forward to upcoming meetings, and gratefull for the thanks I've recieved. If anyone has local links that I can place in the list, please share them here in the comments. Any other idea's are also very welcome.
I appreciate that there is always room to learn, and recognise I have alot of room to do so. Following links to information about topics that are relevant to the community and the issues that are before it through this medium strikes me as something that goes beyond the presentation of those issues in meetings where ones notes might be less than effective in providing one with the knowledge being shared.
Being informed is a task that hopefully this blog can make *slightly* less difficult.

That said here is a delicious easy pineapple upside down cake recipe.
In naked cakepan place 1/2 cup of butter and 1 cup brown sugar evenly. Place in oven on warm setting. Take a box cake of your choice, the ingredients(usually a few eggs and some vegetable oil along with *water*) and your mixer or wisk and place them. remove warmed cakepan with melted butter and brown sugar from oven and with a fork evenly spread them over the bottom of the pan. Now open a can of pineapple and use fork to remove slices and place them in the pan evenly. Use the *juice* left in the pineapple can, along with additional amount of water to meet directions for your box cake mix. Mix and pour over the pineapple, sugar, and butter, evenly and bake according to box cake instructions.
After cooling empty cake from cake pan onto suitable tray. Walla! lovely and delicious.
I realize I may well be talking to myself presently hehe so to compliment such activity here is a story I honestly enjoyed reading. *wink*
Dozens in Texas town report seeing UFO
snip:
"People wonder what in the world it is because this is the Bible Belt, and everyone is afraid it's the end of times," said Steve Allen, a freight company owner and pilot who said the object he saw last week was a mile long and half a mile wide. "It was positively, absolutely nothing from these parts."
