In seeking to create a venu for concerns, interests, and the sharing of events within the community that we belong too. This blog will hopefully spur interest in and help to develope community participation in worthwhile efforts aimed at bettering understanding and creating a better community for all who are a part of it.

I went to glendale this evening arriving about 5:55pm and was unfortunately unable to gain entrance as the east and south doors adjacent to the cafeteria were locked. I was unprepared and without an agenda as well as considerably cold.
At 6:15pm by my watch and as I saw one member of the SCC rise from a table in the cafeteria to leave accompanied by her youngster I too turned and walked away.
Approaching the bus stop in front of supermercado de las america's, at about 75 yrds I watched as the bus went past. Knowing I had atleast 30 minutes till the next bus I went into the store and bought me some tres leches cake.
Arriving at home I served dinner did dishes and sat down at my desk where I sent out invitations for contributing members and the address to this blog.
So with this written I will now proceed to eat cake.
